What is the Advantage of Fiber Brick Pallet?
- It is lighter than the PVC brick pallet and has a lower density than the pure GMT brick pallet, weighing 1100 kilograms per cubic meter; thus, it is more cost-effective for transportation.
- High strength, with its impact resistance strength reaching up to 30 kilojoules per square meter.
- The elastic modulus of the high-quality rigid fiber brick tray is 2.0 – 4.0 megapascals, while the elastic modulus of the PVC sheet is only 2.0 – 2.9 megapascals.
- Not prone to deformation; this type of fiber brick tray is as hard as stone and will hardly deform even under the high-frequency vibration of concrete blocks.
- Waterproof: Water absorption rate <1%
- High wear resistance. Surface hardness (Shore hardness): 76D. After vibration for 100 minutes under the action of the material and pressure, the bricks on the machine could be loosened, the tray was not damaged, and the surface was worn approximately 0.5 millimeters.
