7. Advantages of the QT8-15 concrete Block making Machine:

(7) For the electromagnetic proportional valve is used in its vibrating system. The material-feeding with low frequency and the shape-vibrating with high frequency have been achieved. Japan YUKEN hydraulic component: hydraulic system adopts the YUKEN proportional valve and multi direction communication control system,which can adjust any action in all direction to make our machine working more stable and sensitive.
(8) Its rake feeding system mounter with multi-row of stirring forks can quickly and evenly discharge the materials into the moulding box.
(9) Four vibration motors: Our vibration system adopts 4 vibration motors,vertical vibration onto 4 corners of the platform,vibration evenly strong and quickly,molding fast,reduce the friction with the mold,extend the service life of the mold.
(10) Lengthened vibration shaft and vibration box: We adopt lengthened vibration shaft and vibration box to make the vibration platform vibrate stably with more strong and less noise.Our vibration box is cast,won’t leak oil.
