What is the Raw materials of GMT Brick pallet?
The raw materials of GMT Brick Pallets come from the leftover scraps used for automotive interior materials (such as car ceilings, polyethylene (PE) floor mats, car seat covers, etc.). These are not recycled or reused materials. These materials contain a lot of glass fiber, fiber and adhesive, but GMT Pallets can also form a smooth surface under high pressure pressing. The raw materials of GMT brick pallets for automotive interior decoration materials are torn into small pieces through a crusher. Then, according to the different sizes of brick pallets, these torn materials are accurately weighed to a certain weight and other strong adhesives such as PP are added. Next, these weighed materials are wrapped in soft but thick high-temperature resistant plastic tarpaulins and heated to high temperatures in a heating machine. After a few minutes, the heated materials are taken out and placed on a custom-sized mold on a press, pressed at 3,000 tons of pressure for 5 minutes, then taken out, the residue on the pallet is removed, and it is placed on a cold press to cool it and become flatter. At this point, the final GMT brick pallet is made.

（5） Will GMT block pallet deform or get brittle failure when in low or high temperatures?

（6） How about the rigidity of GMT block pallet? Will it bend?

(8) How heavy is it for GMT brick pallet?
GMT block pallet density is 1200 kg per cubic meter, while PVC block pallet is 1800 kg per cubic meter; so GMT block pallet is one-third less weight than PVC block pallet;
Less weight also means it is more friendly for shipping, nowadays the shipping cost is very high.
(9) Is GMT block machine pallet easy to be crushed when in the process of vibrating or broken in moving?
No. Our experiment shows that vibration has no effect on our pallet, and you can rest assured that it will not be crushed. Moreover, there is no broken phenomenon appearing when the pallet is locked on its moving along the iron chain. These all can be attributed to GMT’s strong physical characteristics. (10) What is the price for raw material of GMT brick pallet?
In the recent market, Polypropylene material is about 12.5 yuan/kg, and glass fiber is almost 11 yuan/kg, but it is only 8 yuan/kg for PVC. Moreover, PVC pallets can be mixed into 50% of calcium carbonate when producing, which is only 0.5 yuan/kg. But for GMT brick pallet, it can NOT be mixed with calcium carbonate, or it can not be molded. So, PVC pallet is cheaper according to its raw material.
(11) What is the reason of that your GMT brick pallet is so cheap?
