PVC brick pallet is used for holding up the concrete blocks during the block making process by block machine; PVC brick pallet can be used as heavy duty bearing pallet, its density is 1800 KG per cubic meters, it is very heavy among Bamboo brick pallet, GMT brick pallet, Fiber brick pallet etc. The PVC brick support board is a new type of load-bearing tool developed to replace the traditional bamboo wooden support boards. It is mainly used in the drying process of non-fired brick blanks. This product has high strength, impact resistance, and anti-aging properties. Its service life is approximately 10 times that of traditional boards. The thickness range is 12-40mm, and it supports customization of size as needed. The product also has waterproof, moisture-proof, and acid-base corrosion resistance properties, and can adapt to the brick drying and curing environment. It is also recycled at half price through a recycling mechanism.
Manufacturing Technique of PVC Brick Pallets
Using polyvinyl chloride resin as the main material, combined with reinforcing fibers and anti-aging agents, it is processed through three stages: mixing, extrusion, and shaping:
- In the mixing process, UV absorbers are added to enhance the weather resistance for outdoor use.
- The extrusion molding adopts twin-screw technology to ensure the density of the material.
- The temperature of the shaping mold is controlled at 180 ± 5℃ to ensure dimensional stability.
