Heavy Duty Plastic Fiber Pressed Pallet
The
plastic fiber pallet is stronger than normal PE plastic pallet, it is one-time forming pallet, there is not any joints in the plastic pallet;
The Plastic fiber pressed pallet is a new type of environmentally friendly logistic pallet made of automobile roof leftovers etc which containers a lot of PP particles, fibers, adhesives, this plastic pallet is molded at a high temperature and high pressure.
The advantages of Plastic fiber pressed pallet
- This plastic fiber pallet is Anti water, anti acid, can be used in the sunshine.
- This plastic pallet is very strong and will not break even if it falls from a height.
- One-time molding: No nail assembly is required, the surface is smooth, and the product will not be scratched.
- Four-way fork frame: This plastic pallet can meet the needs of manual hydraulic forklifts and forklifts of different sizes at the same time, and it is very convenient to use.
- High load capacity: According to the design structure of the plastic pallet, its load capacity can exceed 4 tons.
- In terms of long life, the service life of this plastic pallet can reach 10 years, while other wooden pallets may only have 2 years, and other plastic pallets have a service life of only 4 years, etc

What size compressed pallet we have now?
Currently we are having the size of 1200*1200mm and 1200*1000mm two sizes
The size can be customized as per order quantity. Because opening a new mould cost is high;

The raw materials of plastic fiber pallets come from the remaining parts of automotive interior materials, such as car ceilings, polyethylene (PE) floor mats, car seat covers, etc. These materials are not recycled or reused. These materials contain a lot of glass fiber, fiber and adhesive, but this plastic pallet can also form a smooth surface under high pressure extrusion.

What is the Plastic fiber pressed pallet made process?
The raw materials of plastic fiber pallets are crushed into small pieces by a crusher. Then, according to the different sizes of brick pallets, these crushed materials are accurately weighed to a certain weight and other strong adhesives such as polypropylene are added. Next, these weighed materials are wrapped in soft but thick high-temperature resistant plastic tarpaulins and heated to high temperatures in a heating machine. After a few minutes, the heated materials are taken out and placed on a custom-sized mold on a press, pressed at a pressure of 3,000 tons for 5 minutes, then taken out, the residue on the pallet is removed, and it is placed on a cold press to cool it and become flatter. At this point, the final plastic fiber pallet is made.
