The main difference between an automatic brick-making machine and an automatic concrete block-making machine lies in their working principles: The clay automatic brick-making machine both presses from the top and lifts up from the bottom; while the cement automatic block-making machine presses from the top and vibrates at the bottom; this is because of the different characteristics of the raw materials.

The entire automatic clay brick machine is equipped with an intelligent PLC control system and is combined with a hydraulic drive device.
There is a touch screen on the PLC control box. You can adjust the pressure by touching the screen, and the operation is very simple.
A high-quality and low-noise hydraulic vane pump is adopted as the main oil pump to provide strong oil pressure for the pressing of clay bricks, and this hydraulic pressing method generates extremely low noise.
The renowned solenoid valves and proportional valves are the core components of the hydraulic system. These two types of valves can ensure rapid and precise control of the hydraulic movement, thereby enabling the finished bricks to obtain sufficient pressure and precise dimensions.
The water cooling device can prevent the hydraulic oil from overheating, thereby ensuring that the clay brick machine can operate smoothly.
This plunger pump adopts an air bladder clamping design, which is used to remove air from the raw materials; thus, the bricks can become flat and uniform.
There are two cylinders on the upper mold and one cylinder beneath the lower mold. The pump applies pressure from both the top and the bottom, thus making the bricks very sturdy.

① How to adjust the brick height when need?
The height of the bricks can be adjusted by turning the screws.
② How many land area is needed for automatic clay brick machine
For this workshop, a 70-square-meter space is sufficient to meet the usage requirements of these automatic clay brick machines.
However, for the curing area, since the land area required for the production of different bricks varies, the area of the curing area needed for the automatic clay brick machine ranges from 1,200 square meters to 2,500 square meters.
