Solid Wood Pallet For Block Machine

The solid wood brick pallet is using the southern pine and Melochia pine are selected as raw materials.

Raw material is containing 14%-16% water, and will be drying for 4-5 days in the drying room at the temperature of 80-100℃, this process is to remove the water and oil content in the wood, to ensure non-deformation; then the brick pallet will not shrink or expand during being used.

Solid Wood Pallet For Block Machine

The connecting rods are using backstop screws to fasten the wooden plates; And add U-shaped steel at both ends to give wood boards more strength and protect the wood brick pallet not damage during brick making; Between the lath of the pallets adopts a male-female seam stitching, with 4 pieces 8 mm screw locking screw fastening, products with C type steel fixed at both ends; the surface is treated with mechanical sanding to ensure that the surface of the product is smooth and flat, also to make the thickness is absolutely uniform; Pallet is boiled in engine oil for 2 hours at the temperature of 120℃, to make pallet anti-wear, non-deformation, also prolong its life; This solid wooden brick pallet is suitable for steam curing.

Pallet thickness deviation is +1～-1.5 mm; length deviation is +1～-4 mm; timber deviation is less than 1mm
