Discription of Each Machine in QT8-15 Block Production Line
1. PLD1200 Three Hopper Batching Machine
Function: to store different types of raw materials like crushed stones, sands, quarry, fly ash, stone powder etc. And then batch each type raw materials by certain quantity.
Working Principle: First, open the door of the storage hopper through the cylinder, and load materials into the mixing hopper. When the weight of the aggregates in the mixing hopper reaches the adjustable weight of the scale, the scale lever tilts, thereby activating the travel switch mounted on the scale arm, causing its normally closed contact to open. The electrical control system then controls the action of the cylinder, closing the door of the storage hopper and stopping the material feeding, completing the weighing process. Next, use the cylinder to open the hopper of the mixing hopper as needed, and use the conveyor to transport the mixed materials that have been weighed to the mixing hopper of the mixer.
2. 7m Belt Conveying Machine
Function: One is used to convey the materials into the mixer, and the other is used to convey them into the brick-making machine.
Working Principle: It is mainly a continuous conveying equipment that uses a conveyor belt as the traction and bearing component. Through the movement of the conveyor belt that carries the materials, the materials are conveyed. The conveyor belt forms a circumferential belt around the driving drum and the tail drum. The upper and lower conveyor belts are supported by idlers to limit the deflection and sag of the conveyor belt. The tensioning device provides the necessary tension for the normal operation of the conveyor belt. During operation, the driving device drives the driving drum, and through the friction between the driving drum and the conveyor belt, it drives the conveyor belt to run. The materials are placed on the conveyor belt and move together with the conveyor belt.
3. JS750 Concrete Mixer
Function: to mixer different raw materials evenly and fast.
Working Principle: The horizontal mixer ensures the required humidity by controlling the amount of water added and the dust transportation volume. It keeps the moisture content of the dust within a certain range. Through continuous stirring by the spiral blades, it prevents dust from causing dusting during the material transportation process. The spiral blades are equipped with replaceable blades, and are made of high-manganese steel to enhance their service life.
4. QT8-15 Brick Making Machine
Function: to form blocks under different block moulds
Working Principle: The hydraulic system is the core component of the hydraulic brick-making machine. It uses the hydraulic oil pump to send hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder, driving the piston to move forward. The hydraulic cylinder is the power source of the brick-making machine. Through the push of the piston, it transmits pressure to the mold, achieving the pressing and shaping of raw materials. The hydraulic cylinder has a large thrust and stable working performance, and can meet various brick-making requirements.
The electrical system is the control center of the hydraulic brick-making machine. It controls the operation of the hydraulic system by manipulating the solenoid valves. The PLC controller in the electrical system can precisely control the movement of the hydraulic cylinder according to the pre-set program, achieving the automation of brick-making. Through the control of the electrical system, the hydraulic brick-making machine can realize automatic feeding, pressing, shaping, and brick extraction, thereby improving production efficiency and quality stability. The mechanical transmission system is the motion mechanism of the hydraulic brick-making machine. It converts the rotational motion of the electric motor into linear motion to enable the operation of the hydraulic cylinder. The mechanical transmission system is generally composed of an electric motor, a reducer, and a transmission device. The electric motor, through the deceleration effect of the reducer, drives the transmission device to rotate, thereby driving the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to push the mold for the brick-making process.
5.Block Stacking Machine
Function: to stack finished blocks one pallet by one pallet, make them ready for transport to curing area.
Working Principle: The working principle of the palletizer mainly consists of three parts: mechanical transmission, program control, and sensor detection. The mechanical transmission part is mainly composed of motors, reducers, chains, etc., which are responsible for transmitting the power from the motor to various parts of the palletizer. The program control part is the “brain” of the palletizer. It controls the actions of the mechanical transmission through preset programs to achieve functions such as material grasping, movement, and stacking. The sensor detection part is equivalent to the “eyes” of the palletizer. It uses sensors such as photoelectric and limit switches to detect the position and posture of the materials, providing a basis for the program control.
6. Brick Pallet Loading Machine
Function: to feed the brick pallets into brick machine one piece by one piece
Working Principle:The workers placed a stack of pallets onto the bottom conveyor belt of the upper plate machine. They activated the automatic key, and the upper plate machine would automatically input the brick pallets. After the brick pallets were lifted to the required height, the machine would automatically press them together to arrange the pallets neatly, and then push them into the pallet storage bin. During operation, another stack of pallets could be placed on the conveyor belt for future use. Once the pallets of the previous stack were used up, the pallets of the next stack would be automatically input. The speed could be adjusted automatically to maintain the number of pallets in the storage bin. This ensured continuous and stable production. It truly reduced the workers’ labor intensity, improved work efficiency, saved labor costs, and lowered production costs.

Four vibration motors: Our vibration system adopts 4 vibration motors,vertical vibration onto 4 corners of the platform,vibration evenly strong and quickly,molding fast,reduce the friction with the mold,extend the service life of the mold.
Lengthened vibration shaft and vibration box: We adopt lengthened vibration shaft and vibration box to make the vibration platform vibrate stably with more strong and less noise.Our vibration box is cast,won’t leak oil.
